ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS.
- Please read item descriptions and choose carefully when ordering. I offer fashions for Integrity Toys 12" Fashion Dolls in a range of body types. I offer items in several color/style options. Make sure you choose the correct size and option. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please research the intended doll for which you are ordering, or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
- I WILL NOT create fashions for dolls that I do not own or that are not listed in my sizing. I do not work from measurements and keep a fitting model at my side while working for constant fit checks during creation. If you order a fashion for a doll that is not listed and it doesn't fit, you will NOT receive a refund or a remade piece.
- If for any reason a fashion arrives to you and has a flaw that was not mentioned in my listing, please email me. This may include a missing button, snap, closure, or iron-on rivet, a cut hole or stain I may have missed during final inspection, or a torn seam. I will do my best to work with you to find a solution. Usually this means a complete replacement of your piece including shipping at my expense OR a credit toward a future HSD order OR a similarly priced item of your choice. I will ask that you send photos of the flawed piece.
- I am not responsible for lost or stolen items during the USPS shipping process. Once an item is delivered to the Post Office, it is out of my control. With that stated however, I will do my very best with helping track a missing package. In 10 years of sending items, I have only lost ONE package and it was due to a hand-written international label that was written incorrectly. I remade that customer's pieces. So this may sound like a harsh term, but I have confidence your item will be delivered safely.
